While we encourage our Wild Of Love community to shop thoughtfully, we want you to be completely happy with your choice. If your piece isn't quite right, we'll gladly welcome it back for a store credit – because finding your perfect match shouldn't cost the earth.


You have a worry-free, 14 day window should you wish to return any item that isn’t quite right for you. 

Your item must follow the below eligibility criteria:

  • Your item still has the tag attached, and the original plastic packaging it came in
  • Your item has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way
  • You have lodged your return with us via your online Wild Of Love account
  • Your item was not purchased as final sale or clearance

Faulty Stock:


We keep strict quality control measures to ensure you receive exactly what you wanted. However, if you do receive something faulty, please email us right away with photos of the fault so we can replace this item for you promptly.

Return Shipping:


All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless faulty. Faulty stock must be reported to us via email with photos within 5 days of delivery.

Returns lodged via our online portal will receive their return label by email. The return shipping fee of $10.90 will be deducted from the final refund.
